Starting February 13, 2026, the automatic emails sent by the Vermont Public Utility Commission's ("Commission") online case management system known as ePUC will be sent from the following email address: NoReply@mail.state.vt.us. This change is being made because Microsoft is modifying part of its email software that ePUC uses to send automatic emails.

The Commission encourages all ePUC users to verify before February 13, 2026, that your email software will not automatically route emails from the above address to your junk or spam folders, including working with your IT department if necessary.
