TO ELWOOD RUSSELL Elwood Russell, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, shall file with the Commission the following information by either mailing the response to the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, or by emailing the response to PSCED@ky.gov. The information requested is due on April 20, 2026. Mr. Russell shall make timely amendments to any prior response if Mr. Russell obtains information that indicates the response was incorrect or incomplete when made or, though correct or complete when made, is now incorrect or incomplete in any material respect.
