What changed

The Order sets forth requirements for electronic filing procedures per 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, mandates participation in hearings for witnesses sponsoring testimony, and establishes intervention standards requiring demonstrable special interest or facts that will assist the Commission. Motions to intervene filed after the schedule deadline must show good cause for untimeliness.

Persons seeking to intervene must demonstrate either a special interest not adequately represented or that their participation will assist the Commission without unduly complicating proceedings. Late intervenors must accept the existing schedule. All filings must be submitted electronically in PDF format following the Commission's electronic filing procedures.
