IN THE MATTER OF CDS STONERIDGE ) CASE NO. SWS-W-25-02 UTILITIES, LLC'S APPLICATION FOR ) AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES ) NOTICE OF CUSTOMER AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN ) HEARING THE STATE OF IDAHO ) ) ORDER NO. 37012 )

On December 1, 2025, CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authorization to increase its rates and charges for water service such that the Company would experience a 43% increase in revenues ("Application"). The Company requested an effective date of February 1, 2026. On December 31, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, a Notice of Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period, and a Notice of Suspension suspending the Company's proposed effective date. Order No. 36896. The Commission granted intervention to Randolph Lee Garrison, pro se, and Stoneridge Property Owners Association, Inc. (collectively "Intervenors"). Order No. 36922. On March 11, 2026, the Commission issued notice that the Application may be processed under Modified Procedure with established comment deadlines and that Commission Staff ("Staff") would hold a virtual public workshop. Order No. 36962. With this Order, the Commission provides notice of a customer hearing.

NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will hold a customer hearing in this matter on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m. (local time) and ending at 8:00

p.m. (local time), or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first. The

Commission, in its discretion, may adjust the scheduled times as necessary. The customer hearing will be held at the Blanchard Community Center, 685 Rusho Lane, Blanchard, ID 83804. Persons attending the hearing in-person will have an opportunity to provide testimony. Those interested in submitting testimony remotely or listening to the hearing can call 1-208-985-2810 and enter conference number 491 690 998# when prompted.
