BOISE (April 20, 2026) - The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has scheduled a customer
hearing in May to take testimony on an application submitted by CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC to increase the rates it charges to provide service. CDS Stoneridge is seeking Commission approval to raise overall revenues by 43 percent. The utility said the increase is needed to address system deficiencies identified in a Department of Environmental Quality Sanitary Survey and recover lost revenue after one of its customers, the Stoneridge Golf Course, built its own well and stopped buying water from the utility. CDS Stoneridge is proposing to raise revenues by increasing monthly minimum customer charges based on meter size ranging from 3/4'' to 6.0".
