While this is a final order, interested parties have twenty-one (21) days from the service date (March 24, 2026) to petition for reconsideration.

What to do next

  1. Ensure billing reflects the 4.41% PPCA rate effective February 26, 2026.
  2. Monitor for any petitions for reconsideration filed within 21 days of the service date.
