At the Commission Decision Meeting on April 15, 2026, Commission Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice submitted by the Company. The Commission voted to move ahead with Staff's recommendation. Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice informing the Commission that the Company will be operating in the State of Idaho as an "Other Telecommunications Service Provider."
