SUMMARY:

The DoD has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance the following proposal for collection of
information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES:

Consideration will be given to all comments received by January 28, 2026.

by assignment, employment contractual relationship, or because of an inter-service support agreement on which personnel security
clearance determination has been completed or is pending. In addition to utilizing the information for processing security
clearances, the information may be used by Exchange executives for adverse personnel actions such as removal from sensitive
duties, removal from contract agreement, denial to a restricted or sensitive area, and revocation of security clearance.
