Published 10 Feb 2025 As of 31 January 2025, we have one Substance and Maladministration case yet to be assigned to an investigator.  The average time taken for the year to date, to assign these cases to an investigator is approximately two weeks.  The most recent five cases were allocated to an investigator within two weeks.

There are no delays in processing Referrals, Admissibility Reviews and Undue Delay investigations.
