Rogers v. District Attorney - Habeas Corpus Denied

The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania denied Lance Rogers' petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, finding that his claims did not establish a violation of his federal constitutional rights. The court also denied a certificate of appealability. Rogers had challenged his 2019 conviction for ten counts of person not to possess a firearm and drug-related offenses, for which he received an aggregate sentence of 20 to 40 years of imprisonment.
