(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson issued the following statement following the State Fiscal Accountability Authority’s approval of a settlement agreement in the Captain Sams Spit lawsuit:
"Today, the State Fiscal Accountability approved a settlement of a lawsuit concerning Captain Sams Spit, a dispute that originated in 2009.
