Button Holdings Inc. - $7,000 Administrative Penalty for Lobbying Disclosure Violations
The Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission affirmed Order No. 169-SL and modified the administrative penalty to $7,000 for Button Holdings, Inc., a registered principal under registration number P69542. The violations stem from the company's negligent failure to timely file a quarterly expense report or statement of failure to meet the reporting threshold for the fourth quarter of 2024 under Section 13A05 of Pennsylvania's Lobbying Disclosure Law, 65 Pa.C.S. ยง 13A05. Payment of the $7,000 penalty is due within 30 days of the order mailing date.
