NH Nonprofit Reporting Deadlines: May 15 and December 31

Attorney General John M. Formella and Secretary of State David M. Scanlan announced reporting deadlines for New Hampshire nonprofit organizations. The New Hampshire Charitable Trusts Unit requires annual reports by May 15, 2025 for charities with a fiscal year ending December 31. Separately, the Secretary of State requires a 2025 Nonprofit Report by December 31, 2025, which must be submitted every five years under RSA 292. The AG emphasized that transparency through regular reporting is how citizens can be confident their charitable donations will be used for the intended purpose.
