31 March 2026 Supreme Court of Missouri Case # SC101364 In re: Manfredo Martin-Michael Madrigal III, MBE # 72576 ORDER The Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for final discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Manfredo Martin-Michael Madrigal, III, pleaded guilty to multiple felonies that have been finally disposed in United States of America v. Manfredo Martin-Michael Madrigal, III, Case No. DVAW322CR000019-001. This Court issued a show cause order why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Rule 5.21(g) on November 12, 2025. Respondent filed a response thereto on March 16, 2026.
Having reviewed said information and Respondent’s response to the show cause order, it is now ordered by this Court that Respondent is disbarred pursuant to Rule 5.21, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled, and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(k) in the amount of $2,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
