The court found the Connecticut Fair Housing Center lacked standing and that CoreLogic did not violate the Fair Housing Act regarding disparate impact claims, but did violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
SBK ART LLC v. Akin Gump - Discovery for Foreign Litigation
