What changed
The Department of Justice's Antitrust Division has published a notice concerning ODVA, Inc.'s compliance with the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993. ODVA filed notifications on January 13, 2026, detailing changes to its membership. Specifically, Hafner Pneumatika Termékgyártó, Kereskedö és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelösségü Társaság (Hungary) and Hottinger Brüel & Kjaer GmbH (Germany) were added, while STROKMATIC AUTOMAÇÃO INDUSTRIAL LTDA (Brazil), JVL A/S (Denmark), BBH Products GmbH (Germany), and Tool-Temp AG (Switzerland) withdrew. This filing is a routine update to ODVA's membership status and does not introduce new regulatory requirements or obligations for other entities. Compliance officers should note that ODVA intends to file further notifications for any future membership changes. The notice itself does not impose any new compliance deadlines or require specific actions from regulated entities beyond acknowledging the ongoing nature of ODVA's reporting under the Act.
