URGENT WARNING:
STOP USING THE RECALLED PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.
Please immediately cease use of the affected product and disconnect it from any power source or battery.

Recall Details:

1. Identification:
This recall involves the FUNTOK 24V 2-Seater Ride-On Truck (Model: DLS-K03). The product was primarily sold online through Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and TikTok Shop.
2. The Hazard:
Internal quality analysis has identified that the product’s internal printed circuit board (PCB) may experience transient voltage spikes during battery discharge cycles. If the integrated protection circuitry fails to suppress these spikes, it can result in localized overheating, smoking, or igniting, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

3. The Remedy – Full Refund:
We are providing a Full Refund of the purchase price to all affected consumers. To ensure consumer safety and to prevent further use of hazardous units, proof of destruction is required. Consumers do not need to return the product.

How to Claim Your Refund:

If you own the recalled FUNTOK DLS-K03 Ride-On Truck, please follow these steps to receive your
Full Refund:

Step 1: Mark the Product for Identification
Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from the charger. Using a permanent marker, clearly write the following information in large letters on the hood (bonnet) of the truck or on a piece of light-colored tape affixed to the seat:
1. The word “VOID”
2. Your Full Name
3. Today’s Date
Note: If you have your Marketplace Order ID, please include it to speed up processing. However, it is not required for gift recipients or second-hand owners.

Step 2: Disable the Unit (Individual Wire Cutting)
To ensure the product cannot be used again, you must disable the electrical system:
1. Access the battery (usually under the seat).
2. Using scissors or pliers, cut each wire to the battery individually (one by one).
WARNING: Do not cut multiple wires at once to prevent sparks or short circuits.

Step 3: Take Verification Photos
Take two (2) clear photos as evidence of destruction:
1. Identification Photo: Showing the hood/seat with “VOID”, your name, and the date clearly visible.
2. Destruc tion Photo : A close-up showing the indivi dually cut wires to the battery and charging port.

Step 4: Submit Your Request
Email the photos along with your contact information to our dedicated safety team at: service@funtok.net.

Important Note on Refund & Disposal:
1. Refund Timing: Once verified, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
2. Product Disposal: Please keep the disabled truck in a safe place until you have received your refund. Once the refund is issued, do not throw the truck or the lead-acid battery in the regular trash. Please dispose of them at a local hazardous waste or battery recycling center.
