El Fiscal Nacional Económico, Jorge Grunberg, realizó la presentación “Sistema de Libre Competencia y rol de la FNE” a los Secretarios Regionales Ministeriales (Seremis) del Ministerio de Economía.
El objetivo del encuentro, que se desarrolló de manera telemática, fue dar a conocer la institucionalidad de libre competencia, describir las principales conductas que investiga la Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE) y otros aspectos destacados de su misión, como el control de operaciones de concentración y la realización de estudios de mercado.
“Tuvimos un encuentro muy productivo con los Seremis del Ministerio de Economía, en el cual pudimos transmitirles en qué consiste nuestra labor. Para la FNE este contacto es especialmente importante, porque las regiones tienen un peso muy relevante en la actividad económica y estamos monitoreando atentamente el cumplimiento de las normas de libre competencia en todo el país”, destacó el Fiscal Nacional Económico.
