ARMIRA / INVEST KG / AVILOO Merger, Phase 1 Ongoing

The European Commission issued a Phase 1 clearance decision for the ARMIRA/INVEST KG/AVILOO merger under Article 6(1)(b) of Council Regulation 139/2004.
