一、為順應數位時代潮流及國際發展趨勢，本行持續進行央行數位貨幣(CBDC)研究與試驗；鑒於CBDC所涉範圍廣泛，本行爰自112年起辦理廣泛溝通工作：
(一)於112年委託台灣經濟研究院辦理全國性量化問卷調查；該調查於113年4月完成，結果已公布於本行官網 1 。
(二)嗣於114年委由台灣金融研訓院分別於北、中、南部舉辦公聽會、說明會及論壇共9場活動；為使溝通對象具代表性，本行廣邀各界人士參加，聽取意見並交流相關資訊，9場活動總參加人數1,714人，參加機構家數219家，包括產業界(如金融機構、電子支付機構及虛擬資產業者)、民間團體、政府機關及學術界等。
二、廣泛溝通工作有助本行瞭解各界對CBDC的需求與看法，並增進各界對本行CBDC設計與試驗情形之認識，提高CBDC認知度。有關9場溝通活動中各界對CBDC之七大關切議題 2 與本行回應(重點如附表)，均彙集於總結報告(詳附件)。
