Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Commerce, 1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Board will hear the following items of business:
- An application for the merger of Mountain Commerce Bank, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, with and into Centennial Bank, Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas. SIGNED THIS 2nd day of February 2026.
