The meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the commission meeting on the Commission’s website at: https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-and-commissions/individual-boards-and- commissions/real-estate-commission/board-information/real-estate-commission-board-meetings/ If you are an individual with a disability who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified signed language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the Commission meeting, please contact the Board Administrator, Pamela Predika at Pamela.Predika@rld.nm.gov or (505) 220-3164. Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment *must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The members of the Real Estate Commission may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action.
