What changed
The RBI has extended Directive No. BPL.DOS.SED.No.S1638/12.07.054/2025-26 originally issued on October 06, 2025 under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The extension adds three months to the directive period, moving the expiration from April 07, 2026 to July 07, 2026. The bank remains under directive restrictions during this period.

- Prepare for potential further extensions or additional RBI requirements
