Abstract
There is provided a technique that enables direct communication between users participating in an event and between the users and the performer. There is provided a management apparatus comprising: a memory storing a program; and a processor that, by executing the program stored in the memory, is configured to: store event holding information related to a held event; manage a channel that is a communication tool opened for each performer and each event; acquire ticket information related to a ticket for the event possessed by a user, and compares the acquired ticket information with the event holding information, so as to confirm that the user possesses the ticket; and permit the user who has been confirmed to possess the ticket for the event and a performer of the event to make a post to the channel and view a post to the channel.
