BANK ONE Limited Representative Adviser Licence Surrendered, Mrs. Geervanshi Haurheeram

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius has published a public notice confirming that BANK ONE LIMITED surrendered the Representative of Investment Adviser (Unrestricted) Licence held by Mrs. Geervanshi Haurheeram (Licence No: RD22200006). The surrender was made pursuant to section 28(5) of the Financial Services Act, and the licence stands terminated effective 18 February 2023 pursuant to section 28(9) of the same Act. The notice, dated 21 April 2026, serves as formal public notification of the licence termination.

FSC Mauritius Invites Bids for Storage Area Network, Deadline May 4, 2026

The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) has issued an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the procurement of a Storage Area Network. Bids must be submitted online via the Government e-Procurement System by Monday, 4 May 2026 at 14:00hrs. Bid decryption and re-encryption opens 4 May 2026 at 14:46hrs and closes 5 May 2026 at 14:00hrs, with bid opening scheduled for 5 May 2026 at 14:01hrs. The procurement is authorised under Section 17 of the Public Procurement Act 2006.

The Financial Services Commission Mauritius has publicly notified that FRONTIERE FINANCE LTD (licence number MC93000474, registered address: 4th Floor, Carleton Tower, Wall Street, Cybercity, Ebene) has surrendered its Management Licence under Section 28(5) of the Financial Services Act 2007. The termination takes effect from 29 December 2025. The public notice was published on 21 April 2026.
