AMENDMENT TO ORDER

On August 27, 2025, the Arkansas Bank Commissioner issued an ORDER pursuant to the authority granted by A.C.A. § 23-46-212(d)(1)(B), which permitted Eagle Bank & Trust Company, Little Rock, Arkansas, to keep its branch located at 6022 Highway 25B North, Rose Bud, Arkansas, closed for a reasonable amount of time until it could be reopened.  The August 27, 2025, ORDER was effective for one hundred and twenty (120) days, which expired on December 25, 2025, and was extended sixty (60) days until February 23, 2026.  Eagle Bank & Trust Company has requested an extension of time to allow new construction, so that the branch may reopen.  This request has been made within the sixty (60) day extension granted by the August 27, 2025, ORDER.  The Arkansas Bank Commissioner finds that Eagle Bank & Trust Company’s branch located at 6022 Highway 25B North, Rose Bud, Arkansas, continues to be significantly impacted and normal business operations cannot be conducted at Eagle Bank & Trust Company’s 6022 Highway 25B North location because of destruction caused to the branch.

Therefore, pursuant to the authority granted by A.C.A. § 23-46-212(d)(1)(B), it is hereby ORDERED that the Eagle Bank & Trust Company, Little Rock, Arkansas, branch located at 6022 Highway 25B North, Rose Bud, Arkansas, is approved to remain closed for an additional one hundred twenty (120) days from February 23, 2026.
