The revocation is due to fraud and misrepresentation in obtaining the license and untrustworthy business practices, as admitted by the respondent in a stipulation accepted by the Director.

What changed

The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) has issued an Order Accepting Stipulation to revoke Anastasiya Volchanina's insurance license (Enforcement Case No. 26-18915). These actions violate specific sections of the Michigan Insurance Code.

This order means Anastasiya Volchanina's insurance license is immediately revoked and she is prohibited from reapplying for any license administered by DIFS. What to do next

  1. Review internal processes for license application verification to prevent fraud.
  2. Ensure all personnel understand the consequences of misrepresentation or fraudulent practices in obtaining licenses.
