Sky Ranch Meat Undeclared Sesame Beef Pork Public Health Alert
Summary
Sky Ranch Meat Undeclared Sesame Beef Pork Alert
What changed
USDA FSIS issued a public health alert for beef and pork products produced by Sky Ranch Meat Company that contain undeclared sesame. The products bear the establishment number 'EST. 21368' inside the USDA mark of inspection with various date codes. Sesame is a major food allergen designated under the FASTER for Bioterrorism Act of 2019, and its undeclared presence in meat products violates federal labeling requirements.
Affected parties — consumers with sesame allergies, retailers, and food service operators — should immediately check inventories for the identified products. While no recall has been initiated, the alert signals a labeling compliance failure requiring attention from food manufacturers, distributors, and retail establishments to prevent allergen-related health incidents.
What to do next
- Consumers with sesame allergies should check for and discard affected Sky Ranch Meat beef and pork products
- Retailers should stop selling and remove affected Sky Ranch Meat beef and pork products from inventory
- Food service operators should verify their supply chains and remove undeclared sesame products

FSIS Announcement
WASHINGTON, April 9, 2026 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for raw beef and pork products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products may contain sesame, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. A recall was not requested because the products are no longer available for purchase.
The raw beef and pork items were produced from December 1, 2025, through April 6, 2026. The following products are subject to the public health alert [view labels ]:

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a health care provider.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
