What changed

CPC Procurement has published a re-tender notice for its Temporary and Permanent Staffing Framework, which covers six lots spanning academic staffing, non-academic roles, executive and leadership appointments, a master vendor arrangement, a neutral vendor model, and a vendor management system. The framework is designed to provide a compliant procurement route for CPC members across the education and wider public sectors, enabling collective purchasing power to drive cost savings. The contract is valued at zero in the notice (framework not yet awarded) and is open to any interested supplier meeting the criteria.\n\nSuppliers interested in bidding must register on the MultiQuote e-Tendering platform using reference CA17570. The tender is open to SMEs but not to VCSEs. Given the routine administrative nature of this procurement notice and the absence of new regulatory obligations or compliance mandates, affected parties are limited to staffing service providers and public sector buyers evaluating their resourcing options. No penalties, sanctions, or legal obligations are created by this notice itself.

Description

This process is a re-tender of the current Temporary & Permanent Staffing Framework let by CPC and expiring in July 2026.

CPC intends to put a Framework in place for the supply of temporary and permanent staffing, across education and also the wider public sector. The purpose of this Framework is to give CPC members a compliant route to market. The collective spending power of Members utilising CPC frameworks is harnessed to drive down costs, which often allows for savings delivery which our membership otherwise would be unable to achieve individually.
