Competent Consultancy companies and suppliers are invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a Minority Community Support Programme. This will deliver 2 initiatives that will increase levels of understanding and integration of minority communities. Using community-led approaches to deliver activities that align to the needs of rural communities and those in an urban setting.
