Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USFS), intends to issue a competitive BPA Call Order under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA for requirement 12444726Q0008 – Threatened and Endangered (T&E) Species Surveys. The Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA, 12363N23Q4023, is a national Blanket Purchase Agreement that encompasses a broad range of professional and technical services, including but not limited to: natural resource restoration, project management, engineering, NEPA, communications, and related services. The BPA is available for use by all Forest Service units and all federal agencies.
This is not a solicitation. This notice is issued solely as a synopsis of the Government’s intent to award a BPA Call Order. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals, quotations, or any submission of information.
This procurement is restricted to LMIR BPA awardees eligible to receive call orders under the LMIR BPA for USFS.
The LMIR BPA utilizes a continuous pre‑solicitation process. Contractors may request to join the BPA at any time while it remains active. Interested firms may contact the LMIR BPA Team at: SM.FS.lmirbpa@usda.gov
