Newcastle City Council 'the Authority' and our in-house building contractor, 'Construction Services (CS) require support from external construction Roofing contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in the delivery of all Roofing works associated with the expansion/extension of the MOT Testing Station at 2 Wincomblee Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 3PF The works form part of the organisation's commitment to improving operational capacity. The Existing MOT Station Building will be fully operational during the period of works, please refer to phased drawing's and programme of works.
