The incumbent provider consistently delivers high quality, evidence based mental health interventions that align with NICE outcome measures, ensuring "timely support" is a proven reality rather than a projected goal. Their established clinical pathways have already demonstrated measurable success in improving emotional resilience and self-management skills among children and young people (CYP) facing anxiety and low mood. Transitioning to a new provider at this stage would introduce unnecessary clinical risk and service turbulence for a vulnerable demographic; maintaining the current partnership preserves the provider's deep-rooted knowledge of local health networks and prevents any dip in the quality of care. Ultimately, the incumbent’s track record of optimising health outcomes offers the most stable and cost effective route to ensuring that the local CYP population continues to receive seamless, expert led support.
