Access for the media
Journalists holding a valid Council one-year badge or accredited to the European Council meeting will be granted access to the Council premises.

The scanner security checks will be carried out at the Justus Lipsius entrance hall and at the tent installed between the Lex and the Europa building.
Justus Lipsius and Europa building will open at 07:00. The police perimeter around the Council premises will be in place at 07:30, and a short freeze may take place outside at that time.
