The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area, intends to award on a single source basis for chemical analysis for plant and soil samples.
Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein. All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
