Description
Reed in Partnership are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from consultancies or organisations experienced in delivering specialist advice around community-led regeneration, neighbourhood capacity building, and place-based programme delivery. We are developing a bid for a significant central government programme focused on empowering communities in areas of high deprivation, and we are looking to identify partners who can contribute meaningfully to one or more elements of the delivery model.
The programme centres on providing bespoke technical advice and guidance to community-led bodies, including support on: project feasibility, planning and design, asset management, governance, and community engagement, alongside structured leadership development, mentoring, and skills-building for local leaders and residents.
Delivery will need to operate at national scale while retaining genuine local sensitivity and responsiveness, and so we are seeking organisations from across 284 places. We are particularly interested in hearing from organisations that combine a strong strategic and methodological offer with established local networks, delivery infrastructure, or practitioner capacity across multiple regions.
How to Respond
If you believe your organisation can contribute to this work, please complete and submit your EOI by Friday 27th March 2026. EOI can be found here: https://forms.office.com/e/1nv2u6wCiJ.
Should you have any questions, please contact partner.network@reed.com. For more information on how we score our EOIs and work with partners please visit our website: https://reedinpartnership.co.uk/partners/.
Please note - This EOI does not constitute an offer to work with your organisation but is the first stage in our selection process. For organisations successful at EOI stage, we will undertake further due diligence and analysis to make our final selection of partners.
Thank you for your interest in working with us.
