Treasury/OCC Proposed Rule: Privacy Act Implementation

The Department of the Treasury, through the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), has proposed a rule to partially exempt a new system of records, "Treasury/CC .800—Office of Inspector General Investigations System," from certain Privacy Act provisions. This exemption is requested for investigatory material compiled for law enforcement purposes.
