NEWTON, Mass. – Today, the U.S. General Services Administration announced Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) and Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) experts will participate in the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association’s 50th New Horizons 2026 event from March 9-11, 2026.
