LOS ANGELES — Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced the public sale of the former Chet Holifield Federal Building in Laguna Niguel, California. This strategic disposition of surplus federal property underscores GSA’s commitment to optimizing the federal footprint and ensuring the efficient stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
