What changed

The RFI invites potential partners to submit information on how they could collaborate.

Suppliers interested in participating are encouraged to attend a supplier engagement event on March 31, 2026, at RSPB UKHQ. Questions and attendance confirmations must be submitted by March 25, 2026, to Central.Procurement@RSPB.org.uk. This is an early-stage procurement notice to gauge supplier interest.

Description

We are looking for a waste management partner for our operations across the four countries of the UK. We would like a partner who will utilise their sector expertise to highlight where we can improve and together deliver innovative waste management.
This partnership will help us minimise our environmental impact and achieve our strategic aims whilst delivering an efficient system for our sites. We want to be a leader in this field within our sector and demonstrate best practice to other organisations, business and our members.
We want to develop a partnership that benefits both partners and would explore how we can utilise our expertise and organisational capabilities to expand the benefits and improvements beyond waste management.

We invite potential suppliers to provide information on how they could work as our waste management partner.
We are holding a supplier engagement event at RSPB Headquarters UK for you to meet with us, ask questions and explore solutions.
