Summary

The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) has published a notice identifying the members of its Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board (PRB). The membership is effective from the date of the notice until January 2027.

What changed

The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) has issued a notice formally establishing and naming the members of its Senior Executive Service (SES) Performance Review Board (PRB). This action fulfills the requirement under 5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(4) to have a PRB responsible for reviewing performance appraisals, ratings, bonuses, and other personnel actions for SES incumbents. The notice lists five individuals from various government departments and agencies who will serve on the board.

This notice is primarily administrative and serves to inform relevant parties of the PRB's composition. While it does not impose new direct obligations on regulated entities, it is important for internal OSTP compliance and for any employees or contractors interacting with the SES performance management process. The membership is effective immediately upon publication and extends through January 2027. No specific compliance actions are required from external parties.
