a consent agenda consisting of the minutes of its August 30, 2017 meeting, a resolution honoring 35th Anniversary of Voice
of America Broadcasts in Amharic-Language, and a resolution proposing 2018 BBG Board schedule. The Board will receive a report
from the Chief Executive Officer and Director of BBG.
