  • submit the relevant returns whether the registered business continues to trade or not
  • cancel their registration for the Economic Crime Levy

Who can use this form

You can use the online form if you’re appointed as:

  • a trustee in bankruptcy or sequestration
  • a liquidator
  • an administrator

Before you start

To use this form you’ll need the:

  • name of the organisation or individual
  • business address
  • Economic Crime Levy registration number
  • type of insolvency
  • date when the business became subject to the insolvency procedure
  • deregistration date
    The types of insolvency include:

  • administration

  • members’ voluntary liquidation

  • creditors’ voluntary liquidation

  • compulsory liquidation

  • individual insolvency such as bankruptcy or sequestration

How to cancel
