A Equipe de Vigilância e Repressão da Delegacia da Receita Federal em Joinville/SC reteve, na sexta-feira (17), aproximadamente 6,2 quilos de substância análoga ao haxixe marroquino.
A droga foi localizada em uma fiscalização de rotina realizada na Rodovia BR 101, durante abordagem de um veículo transportador cuja origem era a fronteira do Rio Grande do Sul com o Uruguai e tinha como destino a cidade de São Paulo/SP.
No compartimento de carga também foram encontradas diversas mercadorias transportadas sem documentação fiscal que comprovasse a regularidade da operação. Durante o procedimento de verificação, os servidores identificaram a substância escondida no interior de um equipamento descrito como “filtro de uso médico”.
Por se tratar de transporte realizado por empresa terceirizada e não haver elementos que comprovassem o envolvimento do motorista, não houve prisão nem apreensão do veículo utilizado no transporte.
O entorpecente foi encaminhado à Delegacia de Combate às Drogas da Polícia Civil de Joinville, que dará prosseguimento às investigações.
