NEXT FUNDS Bloomberg France Bond ETF Under Supervision
Summary
TSE designated NEXT FUNDS Bloomberg France Treasury Bond (7-10 year) Index (Yen-Hedged) ETF (Code: 2246) as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) effective April 27, 2026. The designation was triggered because the number of beneficiary right units fell below 1,250,000 units, potentially triggering cancellation criteria under the trust agreement. If units remain below the threshold through May 28, 2026, the management company plans to amend trust terms with a June 30, 2026 expiration date, which would result in delisting on June 29, 2026. Investors and market participants holding or trading this ETF should monitor unit count recovery and be prepared for potential delisting.
