The Division has requested postponement of the hearing scheduled for November 25, 2025. Accordingly, the hearing is POSTPONED until December 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. Eastern, via remote means and/or at Commission Headquarters in the ALJ Hearing Room, 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20549. The Division shall file a status report on service by December 11.
