The New York State Public Service Commission has scheduled a virtual public statement hearing on April 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. to receive comments on Two Rivers Solar Farm LLC's petition seeking a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for a 200-megawatt solar-powered electric generating facility in the towns of Brasher and Massena in St. Lawrence County. The facility would interconnect to the grid via NYPA's Haverstock–Willis E 345 kilovolt transmission line under a siting permit issued by ORES on February 27, 2026. Registration to speak closes April 28, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.; written comments may be submitted through May 6, 2026 referencing Case 25-E-0616.
