State v. Tunison - Incomplete Transcript Appeal Affirmed

The Ohio Court of Appeals, Sixth District, affirmed Paul Tunison's conviction and 36-month sentence for multiple theft offenses. Tunison appealed arguing the trial court violated Crim.R. 22 by providing an incomplete recording of his sentencing hearing.
