Gann v. State of Oklahoma - Corp Commission Rate Order Affirmed

The Oklahoma Supreme Court affirmed the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Final Order No. 746624 regarding Public Service Company of Oklahoma's utility rates. Representative Tom Gann's appeal was rejected because he failed to raise and exhaust his issues before the Corporation Commission in the first instance. His collateral attack on three prior unappealed orders was also rejected.
