Rogers Communications Tariff Approvals TN 87, TN 87A

The CRTC approved tariff applications TN 87 and TN 87A from Rogers Communications Canada Inc., introducing new service speeds for Third Party Internet Access under its Access Services Tariff, effective 21 April 2026. The rates are approved on an interim basis and will be finalized upon the outcome of proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2023-56. The Commission received an intervention from TekSavvy Solutions Inc.
